Renacimiento: Joaquín Cortés prepares his return to the stage

The dancer is working on a major new production. The first dates and cities will be announced on this site, before anywhere else.

The fire is lit again. After the close of Esencia, the work that took him around the world from 2023 to 2026, Joaquín Cortés is already at work on his next production: Renacimiento.

The title was not chosen lightly. The world watched him emerge on a stage. Now it will watch him rise again. The new work begins from the same conviction that has guided his entire career: flamenco is not a museum piece. It is a living language, one that can fill stadiums, opera houses, and bullrings on every continent.

In development: a large-format production, with live orchestra and a company of dancers equal to the great works that have made Cortés a singular figure, from Pasión Gitana to the Royal Albert Hall, from the Metropolitan in New York to stadiums across Latin America.
