We process the data you provide through the contact forms (name, email, phone, organisation and message content) to handle and manage your press, communication, collaboration or booking request, and to maintain the resulting correspondence.
We also process technical browsing data and, where applicable, the form's anti-spam verification. No automated decisions with legal effects or profiling are carried out.
The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) when submitting the form, and the performance of pre-contractual measures or the legitimate interest in handling your request (Art. 6(1)(b) and 6(1)(f) GDPR). The use of non-essential cookies is based on your consent.
We will keep your data for as long as necessary to handle your request and, thereafter, for the legally required periods to address possible liabilities. After those periods, the data will be deleted.
We do not share your data with third parties except where legally required. To provide the service we use providers acting as data processors (hosting, email and anti-spam verification), with whom the corresponding agreements under Art. 28 GDPR have been signed.
Some providers (e.g. anti-spam verification or embedded video) may involve international transfers, carried out with appropriate safeguards (standard contractual clauses or other valid mechanisms under Chapter V GDPR).
You may exercise the rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability, as well as withdraw consent at any time, by writing to privacidad@joaquincortes.es and indicating the right you wish to exercise.
If you believe the processing does not comply with the regulations, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
The Operator applies appropriate technical and organisational measures to ensure a level of security appropriate to the risk, in accordance with Art. 32 GDPR.
